Chilly Feesteak!

Among many things, Philadelphia is famous for "Philly Cheese Steaks" otherwise known as "Chilly Pheese Steaks"!!! I just could not get the name right so I gave up trying! This is a sandwich made up with a filling of steak, cheese, onions and perhaps mushrooms, peppers and other relishes. The mini one I ordered was MASSIVE and I ended up giving half of it away.I have to say that I was disappointed with the store bought ones but the good name of the cheese steak was redeemed when my friend made these for dinner one evening. They were much more flavoursome and delectable delicious! I will be making these when I get back to England.
