Shady Maple is a large home produce and farmer's market in Lancaster County, PA. They serve breakfast between 5am and 10am so we popped on over early on Saturday morning to taste their delights. One must have at least two plates of food to break even on the cost so we started off with the most AMAZING pancakes followed by a plate of eggs, bacon and maple french toast! It was all rather delicious but I found myself having to unbutton my jeans to eat the second plate. This was all washed down with a rather rich drink of chocolate milk!
